Overall a decent bowl of pho. Broth is a bit too light, and the noodles were overdone when my soup arrived. Good flavor however, with plenty of fresh seafood and other options. The spring rolls were large with more shrimp than most restaurants, which were perfectly cooked. I cleaned my plate and was happy with my visit.

The place was empty on a Sunday afternoon. They have out door seating but the have the chairs chained up so you can't sit.
The staff are very short zero personality.
I order two coffees to go. It had a burned after taste to it. Not sure why.
My husband ordered a sandwich and a pork dish to go. He said the food was okay nothing to fabulous. Since there are many Vietnamese restaurants in the area that are better. I don't see us going back. -

If I can rate this place I would give them a negative star!
Number 1 the food is DISGUSTING! If you see in the photo this is 30+ dollars worth of food completely wasted! I was hungry and still the food tasted like poop!
The chicken smelled so burnt even when they remade it it was still the same! They sure don't clean their grills!
The Meat in the Pho was so hard to chew and the broth tasted just blah like they tried their best but failed!
I definitely would not recommend this place!
Another thing negative about this place is the service! Even though there was only 2 tables the front is empty at the register and the girl who works the front just goes to the back and leaves the front with no service for long moments when you have to order up front!
I would never return here again!
We barely touched the food this is so sad! Everything we didn't eat is in the photo below! -

Epic Fail!
On our way home from Austin so we were starving! Save yourself the hassle of crappy pho and just drive to china town!
While the girl taking our order was very kind and helpful (hence my extra star) the food was just terrible we ordered pho with brisket, meatballs and filet mignon. Right before we sat down from getting our waters, the egg rolls and spring rolls were already ready, telling me that it was pre-made. I still do not know how they fried the egg rolls that fast!
-The photo of meatballs is the fish ball picture of hotpot so yes I was a little confused. The meatballs came out and seemed a little frozen still very tough and had a frost bitten taste. So gross
The "filet mignon" was cut very thick as to where pho should be sliced thin and of not cooked, it should be raw and the piping hot broth will cook it, it taste mushy as well. I'm assuming it was old.
The brisket was very lean with no fat and was dry af. Their greens were a little old and I'm positive it was not washed.
Just save yo self and go to bellaire -

We came in at around 11 on a Sunday. There were already a couple of people in the store, which offered lots of different seating arrangements - booths, tables, barstools, etc. They had some high chairs for booths, too, which we love as it makes eating so much easier with the little one.
Ordering at the register was confusing at first since we did not know that was the set up, but figured it out when no one greeted us as we entered. (The cashier is basically hidden behind all of the menus and signs so we disnt even see her at first.) You order the pho a la cart, which is very hipster of them. The cool part is that you can add chicken to beef broth pho or beef to chicken broth, etc. It took longer to order this way, in my opinion, especially while carrying my baby and ordering for the family (highchair does not roll so you either take baby with you or leave at the table in the chair to order....)
The food came out pretty fast. My husband's rice dish came out within 5 min and my pho bowl shortly afterwards. I asked for a plastic bowl and spoon for my son and they gave it to us quickly as well. The staff were really friendly and came out to check on the food quality halfway through the meal as well.
The food was just ok. The rice dish and broth were both very sweet. There were lots of meat in both dishes, so that was good, and portions seemed ok for price. For both dishes and no drinks or apps, our food was just under $20. (Drinks are also soda fountain style, different than most asian restaurants but in a good way.) The beef broth was also very oily, but a lot of people like that. I wish there was an option to choose from fatty brisket and leaner options.
The veggie dish was sparse and seemed to be slightly wilted and the condiment jars on all of the tables were very gross. The bottles themselves were greasy and the tops plugged and gunky - at opening time, which meant they were not cleaned the night before...This, above all else, made me less likely to want to revisit this place. I checked tables around us and all the bottles were the same. Tables and rest of restaurant seemed to very clean, though.
